A customer is qualify to claim a free gift* worth Rs. 999/- if their final order value is equal or above Rs. 3999/- It is only applicable on prepaid orders.
Let us explain with some examples.
A) If a customer has placed an order worth Rs. 3999/- and is prepaid (customer is qualified to claim a free gift).
B) If a customer has placed an order worth Rs. 3950/- and is prepaid (customer is not qualified to claim a free gift).
C) If a customer adds a product in the cart worth Rs. 4500/- and applies a discount coupon of 20%OFF. Now, the final order value is Rs. 3600/- (customer is not qualified to claim a free gift).
Note: There is no free gift on COD orders!
How To Claim Your Free Gift?
A customer is liable to claim a free gift on their own. We usually send a ‘claim my discount’ link to the customer's WhatsApp number. You can click on the link to claim your free gift.
Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a page where you can select a product as your free gift. Remember, you would only get 6 hours of window time to claim your free gift.
In case, if a customer fails to claim within 6 hours or before dispatch of the product (whichever is earlier), they can claim it later. You have to either message on our WhatsApp number (+91 9587033444) or write an email (email@example.com) with your order number mentioned. We charge Rs. 199/- for shipping your free gift.
Cash On Delivery
All our products (excluding customized items) can be purchased as Cash on Delivery (COD) mode. A customer can only place a COD order if their order value is greater than Rs. 2000/-, if below, cash on delivery is not applicable. Also, we charge 10% of the product price in advance (only for cash on delivery orders).
To confirm COD orders, we usually call our customers after 1 or 2 days upon receiving order requests.
In case, due to any reason, a customer fails to pick up our representative call, we shall then try three more attempts via call and text messages (WhatsApp); - still fails to respond - we hold the right to cancel their orders at priority.
- If customization order value is below Rs. 1999/- then, the customer cannot request Cash on Delivery.
- If customization order value is above Rs. 1999/- then, customers can request Cash On Delivery. In this case, we take 10% of the product price in advance.
What’s the general shipping time?
General shipping time for products like Wall Clock, Wall Arts, Wire Art etc. are sent within 2-4 working days. Customize orders can take 5-7 working days.
We just use reputed courier partners such as FedEx, Delivery etc. national deliveries.
Our goal is to ship the product as much as possible but, depending on the size of the product and Delivery place, it changes from 2-10 times from transport. Smaller products are sent within a day, tracking information is offered to customers when the item is sent.

If your products are damaged or any preceding condition, We'd be pleased to give you all the facility from the return to exchange.

When the returned merchandise passes the quality make sure it is a fresh and original packaging phase, an exchange/refund is going to be processed.Don’t avoid to read product information carefully before confirming the order.
We ensure only the very best quality reaches to our customers as every product goes through a well-defined quality check procedure. But these art products might look slight variation in finish. In the event of handmade paintings, then there may be minor variations due to the character of this work.
However, if you are still not happy with your purchase items you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please email us with all the details within these 7 days. We'll schedule a pick up for the item. For this 15% of the order value will be deducted in the event of refund because of return shipping of the goods.
Order Cancellation facility
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched with no extra expenses. To cancel the sequence, please call us at our customer support number / email us at -- We are unable to cancel the order once it's been dispatched.
For any refund orders, we undo the transaction you've made and for COD orders you'll have to share the account details so that concessions can be processed. Applicable COD prices are non-refundable and only product fees are reimbursed.
A refund may take around 5-7 working days to represent on your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
Custom Product Order
Custom products are the products that are created according to your request, apart from other available products on the website. On such product requests, COD will not be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable.
Bulk orders are not refundable in any situation, only faulty items or damaged items individually can be replaced. Bulk orders may take some additional time to ship based on the volume. The shipping time will be confirmed by our team at the time of purchase confirmation.
In case of COD orders, if a customer wishes to return the order then the handling charges of the product is to be borne by the customer itself. The Next Decor is not liable to pay any handling charges on behalf of the customer. Handling charges can differ from product to product.
When will I receive my order?
Once payment is received it takes us about 2-3 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-3 days.

We ship our orders to India & Worldwide using FedEx, DHL, or DTDC whichever is faster.
How can I track my order?
We will send a tracking number to your mail once your order is despatched from our warehouse. You can track your order directly from the shipping company’s official website.
Do you do custom orders?
We do accept custom metal orders. All you need to do is contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with some information about the design you’d like and the dimensions of that design.
Do custom orders take time?
Custom orders do takes time, but we usually despatch it within a week.
Do you accept color customization?
All of our designs are powder coated with a black matte finish but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize it according to your specifications. But please note color customization is charged extra.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?
We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens please wait for a few days or contact us on email@example.com, so we can speed things up.
