Refund Policy

1. Return & Replacement Window

  • We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be considered.

2. Packaging Requirement

  • Products must be returned in original packaging along with all accessories.
  • Items returned without original packaging will be ineligible for return or replacement.

3. Damaged Products

If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer is eligible for:

  • 100% refund, or
  • Replacement of the product

This is subject to verification by our quality team. Images or videos may be requested.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 100% refund of the product value is applicable after deduction of ₹99 as handling charges.
  • The handling charge is non-refundable and covers processing and logistics costs.
  • The exact product value will be refunded.

Example: If the wall art price is ₹4999+ and handling charges are ₹99, the refund amount will be ₹4999.

5. Product Not Liked / Change of Mind

If the customer does not like the product:

  • A 100% refund is allowed only once per customer (lifetime).
  • For subsequent orders, the customer will be eligible for replacement only, not a refund.

6. Size Change Requests

  • Size change requests may attract handling or processing charges.
  • Charges depend on size, material, and logistics involved.

7. Customized Product Orders

Customized products include:

  • Custom sizes
  • Custom images or designs
  • Products made specifically as per customer request

Important Conditions:

  • COD is not available for customized orders.
  • Such orders are non-refundable.
  • Such orders are non-cancelable.
  • Such orders are non-exchangeable.

8. Warranty Policy (Lighting Products)

We provide a 6-month warranty on products that include:

  • Backlight systems
  • Frame light products

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in lighting components under normal usage.

Physical damage, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or electrical issues are excluded.

9. Final Authority & Disclaimer

  • All refund, return, and replacement requests are subject to internal review and approval.
  • The Next Decor reserves the sole right to approve or reject any claim.
  • All decisions shall be final and binding.
